Attendance Policy

Attendance Policy - Children will be allowed to miss three practices a session and still be able to compete at competition. However, if a child misses four practices, in one session, they cannot compete in the competition. We do this to be fair to the students who work hard at every practice to learn the cheers and routines. No refunds issued on any fees for missed practices. No refunds issued for pre-paid fees if you elect to drop. All fees must be paid for whether your child is present or not.

Conduct Policy

Conduct Policy- All cheerleaders and parents must abide by the Spirit Cheerleading By-Laws. Any cheerleader or parent in violation of any part of these By-Laws is subject to termination or a written warning depending on the violation and is at the Director’s discretion. If any cheerleader or parent were to receive two warnings the third instance would result in termination of the program. No refunds issued due to conduct termination.
