Session Info - Fees, Discounts & Fundraisers

Required Fees:

All Options include: registration fee, class fees, uniform and competition fee.  Each session consists of 14 weeks of practices.

Rec Cheer Session 1: (Sept. - Dec.)

Session will run Sept. 5th - Dec. 17th (No classes Thanksgiving week)
Option A: Total Cost: $265 due at time of registration
Option B: Total cost $275, $125 due at time of registration, the remaining $150 is collected in 2 equal installments of $75 each on October 15th and November 15th, 2017.

Rec Cheer Session 2: (Jan. – May)

Session runs Jan. 22nd - May 6th
Option A: Total Cost: $265 due at time of registration
Option B: Total cost Total cost $275, $125 due at registration, the remaining $150 is collected in 2 equal installments of $75 each on Feb 15th and March 15th, 2018

Rec Cheer Session 1 & 2: (Sept. – May)

Option A: Total Cost: $455 due at time of registration
Option B: Total cost $475, $125 due at time of registration, the remaining $350 is collected in 5 equal installments of $70 each on Oct. 15, Nov. 15, Dec. 15, 2017, Jan. 15, Feb. 15, 2018

Discounts:

Pre-Pay Discount:
Option A saves you the most money!  If you register for Session 1 & 2 at the time of registration this option saves you even more!

Recruitment Discount:
If a child brings a new member $10 will be deducted from any cost. (No limit to amount of recruits or deductions) Recruitment coupons can be obtained at the check in desk at any time. Have your child fill this out and hand it out to all their friends. If someone returns this coupon with your child’s name on it and they register for class you will get $10 towards any cost.

Sibling Discounts:
The first child will be charged the full amount; any other additional siblings will be given a 25% discount.

Uniform Rental Program:
You do NOT have to purchase your own uniform with our rec program!  Each cheerleader will be issued a rental shell, rental skirt and will receive a competition bow, midriff, briefs and/or leotard.  The non-rental items will be yours to keep.  All uniform costs are associated with the fees.

Fundraisers:

We will be participating in several fundraisers throughout the 1st and 2nd session to help raise money for program costs. Fundraisers are available but are not mandatory. In the past we have sold cookie dough in the Spring, Butter Braids in the fall and had a candy sale in the spring. For more information on fundraisers please see your locations manager.
